Privacy at ABSB

What we hold, what stays private, what you control, and who can see what. ABSB uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Browser storage is used only to keep you signed in and to remember your language, so there is no consent banner to click through.

What you give us

When you create an account you provide your name, email address and a password. Your password is never visible to us; it is handled by the authentication service that signs you in.

When you set up your company you may add a company name, country, industry, a short headline, a website, what you need and what you offer.

What you create while using ABSB

Your business needs, Company Brain facts, decision sessions, readiness answers, match results, introduction requests and the outcomes you report are stored against your account and your company.

We keep this so ABSB can answer your next question with your own history rather than starting from zero each time.

What is private and what others can see

Private by default, and never shown to other members: your email, phone number, revenue figures, deal values, decision sessions, readiness answers, private notes and your Company Brain.

Visible only if you switch discoverability on: your company name, country, industry, short headline, website and what you offer. Showing what you need is a separate, optional switch.

Contact details are not revealed by discoverability. They are exchanged only when both sides accept an introduction.

Controls you hold

Discoverability is off until you turn it on. Turning it off again removes your company from the member directory and from new match results; it does not delete introductions you already agreed to, or outcomes you already recorded.

You can edit or remove the company information you entered at any time from your profile.

What our team can see

Our operations team works from operational signals — whether you signed up, confirmed your email, finished onboarding, stated a need, reached a first useful result — not from the content of your business decisions.

Support notes recorded about you use fixed categories and timestamps. Copying your private business text into an operator field is not permitted, and the software rejects notes that look like business, financial, contact or medical detail.

A small number of authorised administrators can access account and operational records to run the service, resolve incidents and meet legal obligations.

Measurement and pilot evidence

During the controlled pilot we measure whether the product is genuinely useful: how many participants registered, became active, reached a first useful result and recorded an outcome.

These figures are aggregates. Where a group is smaller than five companies the figure is suppressed rather than shown, so no single business can be identified from it.

We do not run advertising trackers and we do not use non-essential cookies. The only browser storage we use keeps you signed in and remembers your language choice.

Who else is involved

We do not sell your private business data, and selling it is not part of how this product works.

We rely on infrastructure suppliers to host the application, store the database, send authentication email and provide the language model that drafts decision analysis. They process data on our instructions to deliver the service.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the safety and security of the service.

How your data is protected

Access to your records is enforced at the database level, so one member's data cannot be read by another member. Sensitive operations require an authorised role. Traffic is encrypted in transit.

No service can promise perfect security. If a breach affects you we will tell you what happened and what to do.

How long we keep things

We keep your account and company records while your account exists. Ask us to close your account and we will remove your account and company records; aggregate counts that contain no identifying detail may remain.

Test records created by our own team are marked as test data and are excluded from every reported figure.

Where processing happens

ABSB serves businesses across Asia. Our suppliers may process data outside your own country. If your organisation has data-residency obligations, please confirm they can be met before joining.
